Mandatory from 31 December 2026
Talaan turns your Shopee, TikTok Shop and Lazada order exports into BIR-compliant invoices, keeps VAT-correct books behind them, and runs payroll with SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG and withholding tax computed for you.
Most sellers arrive for the invoices. They stay because the books, the VAT and payroll finally live in one place.

E-invoicing
What happens to a single Shopee order between the export and your sales book.
01
Shopee order 261016-XXXX, ₱2,240.00 collected. Export the month from Seller Centre, or use any spreadsheet.
02
Columns are detected for you. Lines are split by tax class — a VATable tote bag, a VAT-exempt book — and bad rows are listed by row number.
03
INV-000148 is allocated under a row lock, so no number is skipped or reused. From this moment the document can only be corrected by a memo.
04
The sales book, VAT worksheet and receivables update in the same write. Download the invoice for Seller Centre's Pending Invoice Upload.

Basic pay, overtime, night differential and holiday premiums in. SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG and withholding tax out. Every contribution comes from the tables in force, and every payslip explains itself line by line.
Four agencies. One run.
Employee portal
Your team times in and out, files leave, and downloads payslips and their BIR 2316 without messaging you at night. You approve from the same place.
The time recorded is the server's, not the phone's. One open punch at a time.
They see the balance before they send. It updates the moment you approve.
Released when the payroll run is posted. Everyone sees only their own.
One set of books. An invoice, a bill, a payroll run and a bank line all land in the same ledger, so nothing is copied between apps.

Talaan is built for the owner who does the books at night and the bookkeeper who has six other clients.
Search invoices, customers and pages from the keyboard, and create without leaving the screen you're on.
Import a month of orders, review the drafts, and issue them together.
Follows your system theme. The employee portal is built for phones first.
A help panel on every screen explains the rule behind it, in plain language.
Order exports from every major marketplace import today. Direct connections arrive in the order the volume justifies — and a spreadsheet import means a channel we haven't reached never stops you from issuing.
Seller Centre requires your own invoice for every completed order. Import the export, issue, and download for upload.
The fastest-growing channel in the country. Same import path, same invoice engine.
Supported after TikTok Shop, in line with where the volume is.
Any file of orders works, so a channel we haven't built never blocks you.
RR 11-2025 splits e-invoicing into issuing structured electronic invoices and reporting them to the BIR. Only the first has a live date.
Assumes the 20% corporate income tax rate and that you claim the CREATE MORE additional deduction. An estimate, not tax advice — confirm with your CPA.
No ratings, no borrowed logos. Just what the software guarantees, in the terms an examiner checks.
Each invoice number is allocated under a row lock in the same write as the invoice. None skipped, none reused.
An issued invoice can't be edited. Corrections are credit or debit memos that point back to it.
Every issued invoice keeps what the BIR's Electronic Invoicing System format is built from: the required fields and the split by tax class.
Money is stored as exact decimals, never floating-point numbers — from invoice lines to payslips.
Dates and times are Asia/Manila, wherever the server happens to be.
Who did what, and when, is recorded for invoices, payments and payroll runs.
RR 11-2025 covers e-commerce and internet transactions along with large taxpayers and existing CAS users. Micro taxpayers — under ₱3M in annual gross sales — are exempt. Since ₱3M is also the VAT registration threshold, in practice a VAT-registered online seller is covered.
31 December 2026. It was moved there by RR 26-2025, and the Commissioner may extend it again. Issuance is due then; electronic sales reporting to the BIR takes effect only once the BIR's receiving system exists and a separate regulation is issued.
The EIS is the BIR's system for receiving structured electronic invoices from certified taxpayers. Talaan keeps every issued invoice with the fields and the tax-class split the EIS format needs, so when transmission becomes mandatory nothing has to be re-entered. Transmission itself is not available yet.
Yes, if the mandate covers them — and Shopee already enforces it. Seller Centre has a Pending Invoice Upload workflow that requires an invoice for every completed order, quoting penalties of up to ₱50,000 per violation. Shopee does not generate the invoice; the seller issues it and uploads it.
No. The December 2026 obligation is to issue structured electronic invoices. Transmission is a second, later obligation. Talaan issues compliant documents now and keeps the data the transmission format needs, so nothing has to be re-entered when reporting starts.
Both. Compliance is the front door — invoices with gapless numbering and per-line VAT — but behind it are receivables with ageing, customer payments, vendors and expenses with input-VAT extraction, bills, bank reconciliation, FIFO inventory with cost of goods sold, profit and loss, a balance sheet, and VAT worksheets your bookkeeper can file from.
Shopee quotes penalties of up to ₱50,000 per violation for sellers who do not upload invoices for completed orders, on top of the BIR's own penalties for failing to issue.
Yes. Invite them to your organisation with their own sign-in, and give them the books, reports and Excel exports without handing over your password.
Yes. Contributions come from the tables in force for the pay period: SSS with the Mandatory Provident Fund portion and the employer-only EC, PhilHealth's premium shared between you and the employee, and Pag-IBIG's employee and employer shares. Withholding tax uses the BIR's revised tables for the pay frequency. When an agency changes a rate, the table changes — not your payroll process.
Yes. Invite an employee to the portal and they see their own payslips, leave balances, time records and, once you generate it, their BIR 2316 — and nothing of anyone else's. Portal access never opens your books.
Yes. Under PD 851, rank-and-file employees who worked at least a month in the year get at least one-twelfth of the basic salary they earned in the calendar year, paid on or before 24 December. Talaan tracks it from every pay run — employees see the running amount in their portal — and keeps up to ₱90,000 of 13th-month pay and other benefits tax-exempt.
Import one month of orders and see your first compliant invoice in a few minutes.
